Abstract submission has already started. It can be conducted via a dedicated system available at the EURO website. It will last until 15 March 2016.
The abstract submission process is managed by EURO. If you do not yet have a EURO login account, please create one. If you already have an account, for example from the previous EURO or IFORS conferences, you will be able to login using these details.
Abstracts must be written in English and contain no more than 1,500 characters (no formulas or mathematical notations are allowed).
Each attendee is allowed to present one paper at the conference.
The notification of acceptance will be sent until 31 March 2016.
For inclusion in the final programme and in the conference materials, the authors need to register and pay a conference fee before 15 April 2016. Thus, the list of conference participants who will present their papers at EURO 2016 will be closed just after the deadline of 15 April 2016 is passed. When registering and paying the fee after 15 April 2016, you can still attend the conference, however, without presenting your paper.
